Our Green Engagement

We have created simple and functional spaces that are also warm and welcoming, that unite modernity with hospitality

All the apartments have been restructured with a particular attention to the Society and the Environment:

  • The apartments are supplied with 100% green energy through Enostra Cooperative.

  • We only use ethical finance through Banca Popolare Etica 

  • We have used an innovative paint that is 100% natural and purifies the air by combatting bacteria, pollution and mould. Have a look at Airlite paint properties

  • The wood floor has been renovated using ecologic products and materials, while the non-wood floor tiles are 33% recycled, like Bolon Tatami by Liuni

  • We use Ecolabel-certified soaps and cleaning products

  • All the lights of the apartments and the household appliances are LED or class-A

Looking at the aesthetic, the bathroom surfaces are covered in a modern, chromic, fabric-effect material. The atmosphere is completed by the romantic and sinuous wallpaper inspired by the plant world.
