Seaside Apartments
The spacious house is located in Acquafredda di Maratea, right in front of Acquafredda beach. The house is 100 m².
It features 3 bedrooms: one double, one twin with either a double bed or two singles, and a room with a bunk bed and a single bed, accommodating a total of seven guests. Additionally, one or two cribs for small children can be added, as well as camping beds for children. There are 2 bathrooms, one en suite with the double bedroom and the other in the hallway.
The master bedroom, the twin bedroom, and the living room have access to a balcony.
The house includes a living room, dining room, and kitchen. It is situated on the third floor without an elevator.
The beach is less than a minute and a half away, as you just need to descend the stairs and cross the promenade. Near the house, you'll find Hotel Gabbiano, which is a restaurant and bar open for lunch and dinner. During the day, there are also kiosks run by Luigi and Corrado, as well as one by Ivano.
The village of Acquafredda has a small grocery store called "Da Ginetto," a church, a restaurant-pizzeria named "Da Peppe," and a pizzeria called "Le Vele."
Acquafredda boasts three beaches. Two are very large and beautiful, Lupa and Anginarra. Additionally, there is the smaller yet picturesque Grotta della Scala beach, which is free and located right below the house, although parking is not exclusive.
The main attractions of Maratea town include the Cristo di Maratea, the town centre with its characteristic shops, and craft shops such as ceramics. The marvellous coastline with Maratea port and renowned beaches such as Illicini and Black Beach is also noteworthy.
Acquafredda can be reached by car, by train getting off at Sapri and then taking a taxi, bus, or another small train that stops directly in Acquafredda.
